- to look after the welfare of street children/ slum children/orphans/ destitutes;
- upliftment of Women;
- to take care of AIDS patients and terminally sick patients;
- To assist drug addicts and alcoholics overcome their addiction and take care of them;
- to assist the unemployed in finding jobs or becoming self-employed through the establishment of Employment Bureaus and other facilities needed;
- to provide medical and educational facilities to the public and especially to the downtrodden and economically backward people of the society;
- to establish houses for the poor, destitute, the aged and the dying and to establish homes for the rehabilitation of physically handicapped and mentally retarded, irrespective of their caste, creed, colour, community, religion, race of language.
- to promote and assist or aid in the promotion of the physical, material, educational, intellectual, spiritual, moral and civic welfare of the people irrespective of their caste, creed, colour, community, religion, race or language.
- to establish, develop, maintain and administer medical institutions including hospitals, clinics, mobile clinics, health centres and rehabilitation centres in Maharashtra State or elsewhere in India;
- to establish, provide, maintain conduct or subsidise research institutions and laboratories and to carry on with all scientific research and generally to encourage record and promote studies, researches and experiments for advancement of the cause of medicine and medical profession;
- to establish, provide, maintain and administer institutions for education and training of medical personnel including doctors, nurses, midwives, pharmacists and technologists and to provide and render assistance, aid and facilities in connection therewith;
- to establish and administer independently or in co-operation with other agencies health care assistance programme designed to provide charitable, medical aid and service to the deserving members of the public;
- to establish, conduct, maintain, subsidise, aid, sponsor or provide facilities and training programmes for medical aid and relief, hygiene, health services, counseling etc. for the poor by way of dispensaries, clinics, mobile, full or part time teams, etc;
- to establish conduct, maintain, subsidise, aid, sponsor or to provide facilities for orphans, mentally or physically or psychologically handicapped persons, drug addicts, alcoholics and families affected by drug addicts and alcoholics, unemployed or any other persons in need of special care, especially poor children and children of poor families;
- to print and publish literature to provide, conduct, maintain, aid, sponsor, subsidise or subscribe to any library or bookstall or store for useful literature, religious or other articles in consonance with the objectives of the Trust;
- to screen and exhibit films, to hold and conduct, sponsor or subsidise or aid in any way , classes, lectures, conferences, seminars and competitions and to give diplomas, scholarships, certificates and awards as may be and when fit in consonance with the objectives of the Trust;
- to raise funds and to receive and use any gift, donation or foundation in cash or other moveable or immoveable property of all description from India and abroad and to undertake and carry out the administration of or management of this said trust and/or any other trust that may be handed over to it , or the management and control of any institutions , establishment or organization that may have similar aims or object and purposes.
- to subscribe, aid, donate to , or subsidise any work, organizations or institute having same or similar object or whole or part and to work jointly with other organizations and institutions in promotions of the objects of the trust.
- to do all such lawful deeds and acts as are essential or conductive to the attainment of the objects and purpose mentioned above , adhering in all to the directions and forms contained in the code of cannon Law as laid down for religious and charitable institutions.
